I’m Sara Stuart, LPC, CSAC, a licensed therapist and substance abuse counselor in Virginia Beach, VA. I provide evidence-based addiction and mental health counseling for adults, including therapy for substance use, alcohol and drug addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Using trauma-informed, client-centered approaches, I help clients develop emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healthier coping strategies to achieve long-term recovery and lasting wellness.
